About Us
Sinai Memoir Group was co-founded by Anushka Hauerstock, a creative producer, and Noah Smith, a journalist and producer. Driven by their lifelong passion for storytelling and the deep connections they established through their work, they created a platform to share profound human experiences.
The mission of Sinai Memoir Group is to use storytelling as a vibrant medium to expand knowledge, foster understanding, and inspire creativity.
By integrating entertainment, historical research, and artistic expression, they uphold the timeless tradition of storytelling, crafting and sharing legacies imbued with poetic depth, diverse voices, and historical insight.
Noah Smith
Noah is a professional journalist, scriptwriter, and producer known for his work with the Washington Post and Direct Relief News. Noah's reporting has been featured in The Guardian, Fortune Magazine, Wall Street Journal, Getty Images, New York Times, Haaretz, LA Times, Pew Research Center, and Harvard's Nieman Lab.
Noah won the 2023 Webby Award for Best Editorial Writing as part of The Post's Launcher team. His prominent stories include interviews with NFL star Patrick Mahomes, New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, and former NBA's Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban.
He produced short documentaries for NBC News, BBC, Washington Post, and The Guardian covering topics such as natural disasters and the launch of a high-profile esports league among others.
Noah's work has been cited in law journals, academic journals, management consulting reports, and international news media. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Anthropology and from Oxford University.
He is passionate about sports, healthcare, economics, film, international politics, and esports.
Anushka Hauerstock
Anushka is an experienced producer and director who has worked with intl. corporations like SodaStream, SolarEdge, Cisco, KMPG,888 and and Humanitarian Aid org. Creating compelling content for videos, campaigns, and events.
As a photojournalist Anushka has contributed to outlets like NBC and The Washington Post, recently working as the chief interviewer for TV star Ed O'Neill's memoir book.
Her professional journey has taken her across film and content production in the United States, India, East Africa, and Israel, enriched by years of intensive meditation practice in Asia which serves her in her work methods.
Anushka graduated from Tel Aviv University in Philosophy, completed the TAU Journalism Excellence Program, and studied at the Sam Spiegel Film & TV School. She also holds a Mindfulness Facilitation certification from UCLA Medical School and Insight LA.
She is passionate about eco-tourism, community and social initiatives, art and well - being.
